As per new guidelines of Foscos Fssai License, Fssai State license is the suitable category to apply Fssai License for the business like transporter, manufacturing / processing / repackaging business upto 2 metric tonne per day production, Marketer, Wholesaler, Distributor, Restaurant, Caterer, Warehouse, Storage, Supplier etc. Documents required for fssai license state is higher than the fssai basic registration. Total processing time to get the registration is 15-20 days.
3) Fssai Central License Sonipat :
FSSAI Central License is required for food business operator whose annual turnover is above Rs. 20 Crore and production capacity above 2 metric tonne per day. FSSAI Central License is also mandatory to apply if food business operator is a importer / exporter / having own E-commerce plateform.
As per new guidelines of Foscos Fssai License, Fssai Central license is the suitable category to apply Fssai License for the business like Registered Place of Business if the food business operator is having units in more than one State, Merchant Exporter, Importer, food business operator having own E-Commerce Platform. If any food business operator is selling their food products through third party e-commerce platform like amazon, flipkart etc. then in that case there is no need to apply Fssai Registration under E-Commerce Category. The FSSAI licence carries the validity assigned for a predetermined period, say one year or five years. Food licence operators have to renew their licence before that particular time expires. Every current Food license should be filed to renew before 30 days of expiry, per FSSAI License renewal Sonipat guidelines.
